Cucumber & Mint Water

Directions for use: pour a small amount of toner onto a cotton pad/ball and gently dab around the face carefully to avoid the eyes. Alternatively, use your hands or fingertips to gently apply.

ingredients: purified water, certified organic aloe barbadensis leaf, vegetable glycerin, hamamelis Virginiana extract, citric acid, essential oil fragrance, cucumber extract, natural peppermint oil.
